Raised in Riverside CA. with his 4 brothers and sisters, sports was a common bond that played a role in David’s work ethic and
competitiveness. David Sr. was a colonel in the USAF and played football for Ohio State University. David and siblings followed suit, playing football, baseball and basketball in high school and college.
Upon graduating from Cal State San Bernardino in 1985 with a degree in Business Marketing, David started work with Shearson Lehman Residential Home Lending. After 2 years analyzing and mastering the lending business, David switched industries and focused his talents on Commercial Real Estate.
Over David’s 30-year career he has been involved in the sale or lease of over $100,000,000.00 in commercial real estate transactions.
David outside interests include golf, traveling to scenic destinations in the RV, attending concerts, and hanging with his gal of 20 years.
